  • I was asleep since I was on the west coast, and a guy from work called and said he didn't have a TV but he needed to use mine. I was still pretty sleepy so I just said yes and he hung up. Before he could get there I was already watching.

  • You can't honestly tell me that re-memorizing a few phrases is going to deepen someones beliefs. I understand the significance of the proper translation from the Latin roots, but saying something verbatim shouldn't affect your faith.

  • Sure but they run the risk of turning away a large part of their market. Is this really any different then preventing smoking in a restaurant? You are making a choice on your possible clientele, if you deny too many, you go out of business, so you have to weigh all of the factors.

  • What doesn't make a lo of sense is that you can't fix a game to win usually, you can usually only throw a game. You require the other team to be in on it if you are going to win.

  • Strange they quote is that it will attract leisure travelers, but they don't specify pricing for those people. If it is $22 month, it should be $1 a day which I think is fair and I would be willing to pay that.
